It's easy to anticipate an ambush after it's happened.Cheney is laughing all the way to the bank - and Blackwater/xe is in the "fine conservative tradition" of Halliburton making blood money and rearranging things so they can't get sued.So Blackwater just used attrition tactics until the Plaintiffs were out of money.
