telling the truth is a crime?so keep on lying until the truth comes outAiding the enemy? Wow? I guess getting the truth to the American People is aiding the enemy! Gotta tell pop.Aiding the enemy?? what a crock.. and meanwhile the Fed destroys our currency and it's tentacles destroy our economy, oBama looks the other way, Holder refuses to prosecute black panthers for voter intimidation, or BP execs for toxifying the GOM, but some guy that leaks some files that make politicians look bad gets charged with 'aiding the enemy'??

This country has become a lame and pathetic joke in just a few years time.

Change huh?Manning was just a kid when he joined the Army, when he had such high hopes
for what he thought was the beneficent goals of US foreign policy. While on
patrol in Iraq he saw first hand that the policy of the US military was to
ASSIST the Iraqi army in their pursuit of dissident intellectuals critical of
the corruption and brutality of the new Iraqi 'democracy'. The new Iraqi political
class commanded its army to round up dissidents, who the US new full well
were being tortured and murdered by them. Bradley Manning observes all
this first hand. He pleads with his commanders, insists that something
must be done. Nothing is done, the US continues to hand over intellectuals
critical of corrupt politicians, and Mannings commanders tell him point
blank to 'shut up'. In other words Manning observes what are war crimes
being committed by the US in no uncertain terms, and is told to be quiet,
whereas his duty according to the Nuremberg standards to say nothing of
the Geneva convention is to make such matters public- hence the ultimate
resort to wikileaks.
