This stuff happens to Soldiers all the time....... Soldier has consensual sex with a female or male Soldier now...... he/she gets embarrassed that he/she would stoop to "that level" in front of his/her friends so they call rape.
Rape is a serious crime and no one...either gender should have to endure such a heinous crime. But this chicks story has more holes in it than Swiss Cheese. You can always tell the ones that are crying wolf by the sum of compensation they claim they are "entitled" to. 99.99999 victims just want their attackers dealt with, not chasing after a free lunch. I hope the counter sueing party wins.
