Im with SAM on this one,I have been on unemployment for 18 months and LOVE EVERY MINUTE OF IT!
I go fishing 3 times a week,sleep in till 10 or 11 in the morning..it's like Saturday..EVERY day!
Those that say they LOVE their jobs well....let them go to their jobs they love everyday and pay the BIG taxes and I will sit home and enjoy life,that way EVERYONE is happy!
THOSE OUT IN THE WORKFORCE,KEEP WORKING SO I CAN ENJOY RETIREMENT!

OH AND SUMMER IS COMING TOO..SWIMMING,CAMPING,FISHING ALL WEEK LONG!So ! What happen in housing Market ? "Bank of America is willing to take some losses and to reduce Mortgage Balacces " .. Some of my friends received FedEx envelopes from BoA around the end of March and 1st of April: The news: BoA approved their Not-Affordable Loan modification. BoA was not honest in their words. They are Liars. My friend's monthly income: $ 2,600/month. BoA is ssking her to pay $1,840 for a monthly mortgage, and plus the 2nd of $150/mo. Total $2,000/mo. She has 2 children.The house is $100,000 under water, more than 20% of her loan amount. My friend called and asked BoA about the new principal reduction progam that they just came out on 3/25/10 The bank said the new progam that will help to prevent the forecloser will start in May 1 and be effective in June 1. If the bank really try to help some of the struggle homeowners, they can wait and start to help these people with the new program instead of giving out the Non-Affordable Loan Modification that offers no solutions to these homeowners.
