I thought a congressional investigation concluded that the was no al-Qaida presence in Iraq !The U.S. military invented the term "Al-Qaida" in reference to the freedom fighters who were fighting the Soviet Union.People seem surprised they've been lied to. Personally, I think it'd be way more surprising if we were told the truth.The surge failed.
