The UN representative decided to certify that false result. The EU and the US decided to go along with France. And Mr Al Hassan Ouattara became the internationally recognized winner. The powerless fragile ECOWAS decided to follow the imperial power, France.

The truth is that President Gbagbo won the election, and all the institutions in the Ivory Coast recognize President Gbagbo as the winner. All African Union envoys in the Ivory Coast agree that President Gbagbo is the winner of the Ivory Coast election. Even Kenyan Prime Minister Raila Odinga who used to advocate the use of force to remove President Gbagbo from power has changed his position after he travelled to the Ivory Coast and consulted the election results. He now wants dialogue the repair the injustice caused to President Gbagbo.

What is happening in the Ivory Coast is not new. Mr Ouattara has financed repeated military coups by his rebels since 1999 with the support of France. Mr Al Hassan Ouattara is married to a French woman.
