Is this the right of a women that she shall have the liberty to walk around half or full naked. Is this the liberty of a women to use her as commodity for advertisement and all bad appearance to attract the dirty eyes of men? Is this the liberty of a woman that any one walking on the street can scratch her skin, talk nonsense, offer her sex, dance?
