This Karzai guy is a mobster who is only interested in money and power, he could care less about the citizens of Afghanistan. All democracy does is create more corruption, whether it be in Afghanistan or the US. Honest people don't stand a chance!Karzai is the biggest mobster like Annie said. His brother have been in control of the fundings coming from Nato & the west. They both don't give a rat about Afghans.democracy does not create corruption. Rotten people and power hungry corporations create corruption by thuggery and over legislating political systems. We are there to try to contain a threat which may grow to a bigger problem that we cannot contain in the future. Granted, most of the problems in the middle east came from our corporations influence, and they still have goals and manipulations in place even now. A better approach may be to implement better control of the bad guys in this current picture, and keep our own objectives virtuous. In this way we should probably be invoved. Imagine, the other side, which we consider extreme, have their liars and manipulators also trying to use the purists who represent their cause to further their goals of greed and power just as our corporations do on this side.
