The deep mortgage crowd, those who've invested their money outside of real estate, in effect leasing from the mortgage company, are the winners here. They may be paying more to the bank than the property they live in is worth, but at least they've not been fleeced of net worth.The stock market is now officially a scam to further the richest top 1%. Im sure it always was. Its just more obvious now.
