If you make a decision because you were given false information you are not responsible for that decision. Bush deliberately gave false information to congress. He deliberately suppressed the correct information. So yes, we can and will hold him and Cheney responsible.

I am a natural born American and a Patriot. I did however grow up in Kuwait. (Shout out to ASK Class of 75.) There was no more beautiful moment then when GHWB and our Armed Forced provided for the liberation of Kuwait. The entire Kuwaiti nation chanting George Bush, George bush, George Bush...Those two pilots are probably hero's for not killing their country men and women... At least they are in my book..Barack Obama is still my hero as is Jimmy Carter. Bush needs to be on trial for war crimes.
