You have no idea what these Thai did to Cambodian when they crossed over to escape the genocide in Cambodia. The Thai shot and killed alot of them upon entry...just as they are doing now. My friend and her family were jailed and they made her entire family and the rest of the Khmer prisoners run NAKED every morning. That was their way of giving them showers. Many of their friends were shot to death.
Like Big Vick stated, " The U.N paid for all those refugees."....to set up refugee camps in their country, not because the Siam have the heart to help out.The United Nations denied the Cambodians refugee status and were only given Displaced Persons staus because of their relationship with the Khmer Rouge genocide. The vast majority of Cambodians crossed the Thai border running from the advancing Vietnamese who invaded Cambodia to stop the genocide.
Everyone knows this. Even Pol Pot ran to the border. Hun Sen your glorious leader cut a deal with the Vietnamese to save his neck. A genocidal maniac, traitor, puppet and terrorist sponsor all rolled up in one fine leader.
