To add to my post below, the ElQuida war on the twin towers was also a made-up war. ElQuida(The Base) didn't do that, the CIA did it. Murdered its own people on orders of the corrupt generals.It is our oil, deals have been made behind closed doors without the public knowing. There is a plan and this is all part of it.US State Dept at its finest. Appeasing and propping up dictators all over the world...and then admonishes them for acting in their own AND the US interest. The US does not want self determination for any of these countries. The State Dept wants stability. And the easiest way is to prop up and enrichen one man and regime.
