Reply First act: NATO holds a meeting and decide that they are tired that their economy has reached rock bottom while this Ghaddaffi guy has been laughing his a$$ off during this recession, his country has no national debt, his people only pay $15 cents per gallon at the pump, have subsidized housing, it's citizens don't pay for utilities (water and electricity etc,) plus their kids don't pay tuition and if they want to go study abroad for college the government grants pay for that so since he is making our "Democratic countries" look like a joke he must go down with us because that would be the "Democratic" thing to do, plus we need his oil and market system to jump start our own economies...... Second act: NATO agrees they need help from inside of Libya to overthrow gaddhaffi so they sent NATO secret agents to find pockets of resistance against the government, oh at last! they find these rebels who have been fighting against our troops in Iraq and Afghanistan but you know that saying, the enemy of my enemy is my friend right? so their agents offer them unconditional military support plus billions of dollars if they help them overthrow the Libyan government and offer them amnesty from war crimes so that they will never be prosecuted for anything at the end of the war if they succeed or not..... Third act: NATO agrees they need to find an excuse to get involved in Libya so that they can supply the rebels which only represent 10% of the Libyan population with weapons, food, money, logistics and air support, so they decide to get an ok from the UN which they totally control so that they will sound like a "legitimate operation", then they decide to use the humanitarian excuse again, after all the western citizens of the world always buy that excuse so why not use it again, lets say we are there to protect civilians even though we will be arming them to their teeth and they will be the ones on the offensive......Fourth act: NATO decides they need to create a government body out of those illiterate extremists, one of them has to know how to read and write right, plus we can always buy him a cheap suit, the first NATO countries that recognize them as the legitimate government of Libya will be the first ones to hold down future oil contracts with them and multimillion dollar contracts on reconstruction with our western contractors.....Fifth act: success at last, after 3 months of searching among the rebels they found one.....Sixth act: first NATO meeting with the rebels: you will be the new TNC governing body in Libya and as such you will sign over all future oil contracts to us and make your market system available to us, you, whatever you do don't hold negotiations with the Libyan government because if you are to hold general elections you'll run the risk of loosing since you don't have the support of the general population since your tribes only represent 10% of Libyan people..... Seventh act: the Rebels agree and in response they say, yes we will, by the way, have you already transferred the 10 billion from Libyan frozen assets that you promised us if we helped you overthrow Gaddhaffi to our accounts already? lol
