what I don't get about this war is they are trying to end terrorism. But it isn't like the nazis, where you can just invade Germany, like it said above with the original 101st invading Normandy(France). I just don't see that terrorists are the same as the Nazi Regime. In fact I feel that over there, fighting, only is creating future terrorists. Like the young boy who had his arms blown off, and when they asked him if he wanted to be treated in an American hospital, he asked "why would I want to do that, they caused this?"

I feel sorry for the people and their living conditions and lifestyle (for the women, example) but it's been a 10 year war, + the stuff that took place in the 90's...is this how we go about it?Pull our troops home and let the taliban rot in the desert. Tell pakistan, afganastan and every other 'stan...."good luck"....shut it all down and head for home.....put enough troops on our southern border to shut off all illegals and drug trade and then let the mexicans deal with their out of control drug lords....if they cross the border...shoot to kill
