The history books will say something like: couldn't bring military spending under control. The US has for the most part been 'cutting' military spending since the Bush I. Which means, it hasn't been cutting anything.why not close all the bases in Germany Japan and Korea, let those people protect themselvesHow about we just stop being the World's police force? It's not our job!!!YES great idea but we need to stop all the money we give to other foreign countries,close all our overseas army bases. Then we should build up our country shore borders (water) with our troops/regalar homeland peopleas ajoin forceand protect our own country.Limit our imports from CHINA, mostly .With the savingsin doing this we can hire people from our country who have no job,will help bring back economy..more money to spend.hope we have enough time for we are sinking a little at a time in getting our country back on the right road
