we spend 10 times what any other country in the world spends on defense....Ross Perot told them that you couldnt go on defending people that had more money than you did......its why canada is buying up our banks right now....because instead of spending on a massive military they tend to other things......im all for a strong defense but we keep being the peacekeepers of the planet and we pay for it.......i think its time for us to look out for us....the pentagon budget is close to a trillion dollars this yearSpending trillions of dollars to buy millions of enemies. Wow! that is smartOne sure way to trim the defense budget is to stop the 2 wars, and fire all the contractors over there.Food stamps...really?
If anybody with a sense of restraint in the tough economic times over the last 7 or 8 years would understand is that social benifits have skyrocketed because of a lack of personal and social responsibility.
To see new parents with multiple kids with no financial means is not only unjust to the children they attempt to raise but also the social economic system.
As I appreciate the hard work the military members do, though I do not agree with, I see an increase of children who have no means to support the growth. Even worse, divorce rate is at an all time high.
Stop the blow and go.
Keep the legs closed and and pants buttoned. This has turned into a welfare country.
Education and healthcare have taken the biggest hit and it needs to stop.
Stop your selfish and unresponsible ways.
