Funny how whoever wrote the title for this article asked the wrong question. The question is, rather, "When do those who started the Iraq war begin their ICC trials for genocide?"When a country bombs another country (a sovereign one: head of state and legislature), that's an invasion and a war - - no matter what this White House and Pentagon talking heads say. We alone have the fire power. It's now the Obama Doctrine: "Regime Change" -- remember the "Bush Doctrine"? Obama is Bush redux, pure and simple! If Ghadaffi is overthrown, the U.S. will have to spend billions in reconstruction: Thousands of Americans in Libya managing these funds and setting up a new government, and destrotyed infrastructure to wit: Iraq and Afghanistan. Can we afford it? Do we want this?Obama's adventure to this mess is based on a spongy and vague UN resolution and the lawyer Obama should have know that it is a tricky venture. Whether it is legal or not to unleash the Tomahawk missiles, it is a crime to kill the civilians that Obama pretended to saveWhat does enforcing a no-fly zone have to do with bombing people on the ground? Looks to me like someone way overstepped what they were supposed to do.
