ISRAEL DELAYS US TEEN'S TRAIL

This story from CNN:
An Israeli court postponed the murder trail of US-teen Samuel Sheinbein, who is accused of murdering an acquaintance in Maryland.
Defence layer David Libai in Israel say he need more time to examine all the evidence from Maryland investigators.
Sheinbein fled to Israel after the body of Alfred Tello Jr. was found.
Sheinbein successfully fought extradition by claiming Israeli citizenship through his father.
MY COMMENT
According to Talmud Sheinbein has NOT committed a crime.
Just read:
"If a Goy kills a Goy or a Jew he is responsible, but if a Jew kills a Goy he is not responsible."
Sanhedrin 57a . When a Jew murders a Gentile ("Cuthean"), there will be no death penalty.
Abhodah Zarah (26b, Tosephoth): "Even the best of the Goijm should be killed"
or
Sepher Or Israel (177b):
"Take the life of the Kliphoth and kill them, and you will please Gog the same as one who offers incense to Him"
or
Jalkut Simoni (245fc. N. 772):
"Everyone who sheds the blood of the impious is as acceptable to god as he who offers a sacrifice to God"
Remember the Jews live and act according to the laws given to them by their rabbis. As such the Israeli court can not send a Jew out of the land because he killed a goi. To kill goims are according to Talmud allowed.
