What am I not understanding here? If the banks can do that, then they can refinance the homes who own them and this gives them cheaper payments and they can stay in their homes. Obama needs to get back from vacationing in Hawaii and Congress needs to return to their jobs and get this foreclosure stopped now. You take someones house and just give it away.
