The market is being manipulated by nothing other than the greed of people with huge amounts of funds on their hand to trade millions of shares on the up and down scales in the manner of seconds each day. There is no logic for the ups and downs it is stricly a numbers game and a win situation by those that have the equipment and instantanuous access to the trading floors via the Internet. The average investor is pooling his money in a pot that is steadily dwindling down to nothing. The ups and downs are only an indication of the amount of transactions taking place across the board and not an indicator of the economy, politics or world events as we are made to believe by the media.I'm stuffing all the money I have under my mattress, I have NO confidence in Wall Street, They fear every blink in the economy. They have destroyed my retirement and I'm guessing they will suck my IRA dry, and my Kids will get nothing. As You can see I'm beginning to act just like they do>Tommorow will be a rally because the troop reduction tody means the 3 trillion dollar nightmare of Iraq is close to over for the American publican and the budget can begin to heal. Go dems, work hrd to rebuild the economy. Obama needs to hit the republicans every day with the failure of the republicans to want to engage in the process. This is one party trying to rebuild hte country, while the other party (the republican party, whcih caused the problem) sits and does nothing but obstruct. They obstruct even things they say the support like loans for small buisness and cuttingthe capital gains tax on small buisness to zero. Every republican should be asked why have they continued to filabuster the Landrue bill? Of course, if you listen to the Saudi run news station FOX news, the Toyko Rose of America- you will not know this. Heck, if you listen to FOX you are probably still investing in the gold bubble.
