They are determined by who counts the votes.Dumb uneducated crackers, no wonder U.S. functioning behind Third World countries like India, China and a dozen countries in Africa......There are more poor white people in the U.S. than all minority groups combined....George Bush just created about 40 million more poor whtie people during his 8 year presidency.....There are triple more white people on welfare and food stamps in this country....We suggest you dumb poor crackers call your local university and ask for the Dean in the Social Welfare Department....It seems they are the only people who know the makeup of poverty in the U.S....Is that pronounced "giggabo?" Or "gigbagbo?" It's not "gibaggabo" is it? Geebagbo? I'm not sure where to put the emphasis on the syllable. Maybe the "g" is silent and it's just bagbo? Is it Premier "giggabagbo?" Do they announce him as His Majesty Giggabagbo? or geebagbo? Just asking.
