It has nothing to do about race, Troy. It is about a billion dollar scammer who jets around the world on stolen money, and when he is about to go to trial to pay for his crimes, he is suddenly "incompetent". It is about the privileged versus the not-so-privileged. Why is it always about the poor black man? A black man runs the free world, dude. Your statement is old and worn out. The privileged, black or white, always get a better break than the less fortunate (case in point, OJ Simpson getting away with a double, gruesome homicide). Let's call it what it is. And, sadly, this guy has just made a big step in getting away scott free.I knew you could buy a psychiatrist, but never imagined you could buy a judge so easily.This is just crazy (no pun intended). You can just see from his picture, he knows he's pulled a fast one and is laughing his head off inside. The one that is truly incompetent is the Psych. Doc who diagnosed this guy as "incompetent" and the judge who bought into it. Maybe he's promised some payouts from all the money he's stolen.It's better to be rich than innocent in the American justice system.
