I don't think these countries are trying to save "lives or civilians". everybody knows that in other part of the world have happened many military massacres, no one cared, no one mentioned.
obviously war in Libya is a political motivation. I feel really bad about Libya both the gov and civilians. I don't think the rebels know much about consequences.Karma comes to you very secretly. You do not know who are the rebels? Rebels are better than Gadhafi government or Gadhafi is better than rebels. You need special advisor for that situation. UN chief knows that kind of knowledge who you hire to pay money and position
Be careful God is watching every movement of any governments in this planet.
P.S: God will create anything he wishes and God can also make Osama bin group to be leader of country. You do not know. Ok
