Who REALLY Controls US Foreign Policy

The United States is set to sign a memorandum of understanding with Israel increasing military assistance by 25 percent.
Nicholas Burns, the undersecretary of state, announced his departure Tuesday for a two-day trip to Israel.
"He will sign the Memorandum of Understanding on the new U.S. $30 billion, 10-year military assistance package," his office said in a statement.
Israel currently receives $2.4 billion in military aid from the United States.
The deal was to have been signed last week, but Israel insisted on more money up front, at the beginning of the fiscal year.
Burns will continue discussions on regional security, "including the challenge posed by Iran," the statement said. He also will meet with Palestinian Authority leaders "regarding the development of a political horizon and American humanitarian assistance to the Palestinian people."

Billions given to oppress the Palestinians. "American humanitarian assistance to the Palestinian people?" Orwellian or what? "Israel insisted on more money up front?" I guess we know who the boss is.
