prison is not the answer for nonviolent crimes.

our jails and prisons are overcrowded to the point of riots. medical care is terrible. inmates are routinely beaten or killed, often with the aid of corrupt guards.

we do not sentence people to be beaten, killed, or die from medical neglect. we need new solutions in 2011.Insider trading is punishable
but US corporations enslaving
foreigners (to make HUGE profits)
is not even considered punishable?

How is this????Another Wall Street Wiki-leaker caught - insider trading has always been a common practice in the market. It's not a level playing field folks, THEY cheat!CA steals BILLIONS from its citizens.Out of ~80% of 'Discovered-Instances' [including embezzlement];
only ~10% of those ever get reported outside the Corporation.
Of Those 10% only 2% ever see a Courtroom, and only 1% of Convictions end in Prison sentences.

Most Embezzlement/Corporate Espionage/Trading Violators Get Moved Within the Corporation & a Raise.

Followed of course by closer supervision.

~Corruption runs through Everything in this world... No wonder were Doomed.
