The truth will prevail at the end. France tried to use its permanent seat at the UN security council and powerful diplomacy to force a coup d'etat on the elected President, Gbagbo. All the African Presidents and Prime Ministers who have been to the Ivory Coast have all realized that they had been lied to by European and North-American news media. When they got the chance to consult the election results during their visits in the Ivory Coast, they quickly found that Gbagbo won the election. This is the reason why the ECOWAS is no longer talking about using force to remove Gbagbo from power and is promoting dialogue to get President Gbagbo to form a government that includes Mr Ouattara likely as his prime minister.Yeah ! Everyone is calling for military actions now but where would they be when everything blows up? Nigeria will carry bulk of the burden in terms of troops, equipment, and funding the war. Nigeria spent billions of dollars and more than 70% of the troops in Liberia and Serial Leone trying to restore Democracy even though Nigerians themselves don't have one. I support idea of ECOMOG but at what cost !

What do we get in return? Nothing ! See South Africans today- they have forgotten all Nigeria did for them in ousting apartheid.

It's time Nigeria government stop trying to solve other people's problem although all is not well at home. Nigeria will be better if all these Billions spent on foreign missions and peace-keeping are spent on roads and power. Charity begins at home after-all.
