The UN War Crimes Commission should be investigating American torture chambers, not some Afghan delegation. The truth needs to come out so that Bush and his goons can be put on the stand for Crimes Against Humanity, and the sooner the better. Enough of covering up the crimes of this modern-day Hitler. If a baby-killing nation like america wants to improve their baby-killing image, stop killing people. It's pretty simple, but not so good for business and bloody profits, so that's why we read garbage talk on the internet instead of seeing americans stop killing people. The Taliban do not want peace, and they do not need peace, they have time on their side, we do not. They understand that when the coalition forces leave, which they eventually will, they will control the country within a week, and that is even giving to much credit for the current government to keep in power. Moreover, most of the Taliban that are currently fighting are doing so not because of a dislike for the occupation, it is because their own government which we put in place, failed to live up to their basic obligations, (for the most part these are not even full time soldiers) and the Taliban capitilized on this. And until the root problem (the current elected government) is held accountable by the coalition governments, the Taliban will continue to grow in strength unitl the noose is around Kabul as well as all other major cities in Afghanistan and eventually strangle them, and no amount of peace talks from the current Afghani government or coalition forces will prevent this from happening.
