Wall Street is the biggest and most corrupt market in the world. The government will make sure all of the big banks and corporation get all of their money back in any of these schemes and the average American will be getting nothing.

Just like using speculative pricing for oil is like having the psychic Cleo in charge for the oil companies. As I have stated before any time the price of oil goes over $100 the oil companies that prosper from this should have their taxes doubled or tripled and place in a fund to subsidize the reduction of gas prices. That way they would it would be a check and balance system and they would have an incentive to keep prices under control.
