Muslims don't hate Americans. It was your government that planted that seed in your head.Yeh, well most americans are now living in fear, so none of us are free,,,worry about violence right here, food, shelter, money homelessness, joblessness, forced mandated taxes to pay for abortions and such that goes against our beliefs, etc, etc...sooooo tell me about living in fear! And do not say that most do not go through all the violence that other countries do, because my family ,niece and family was beat down while walking home from fireworks display, i have been assaulted at 50 some years old, i have been through much violence perpetrated on me,,and I am a good upstanding citizen who loves boredom and peace...so do not tell me americans do not live in fear, we all do, even the rich because they fear losing their money and assets and being killed for them, while us poor just fear losing the struggle to stay alive without any options left.No, Muslims don't hate us because we have freedom and rights for women. The average Muslim (and yes, I've visited Muslim countries) don't hate Americans. They dislike our government for supporting their dictators
What is going on in the Middle East which is a revolt against tyranny, and is a moment of history where America must and need to be on the right side. Tyrants come and go. We can risk supporting the present tyrants and spend the dice when the new generation comes into power. OR... we can support the democratic movements, and gain favor with them. If there are more democratic Muslim governments, they're going to be more concern with the welfare of their people than they would be by exporting Islamic fundamentalists. That is the beauty of democracy.. to care for your own people first.
