16 year old drinking alcohol and probably taking drugs as well at an underage party gets raped and is now crying/whining?
That's like me driving without a helmet to protest helmet laws and then my family suing because I died from severe head injuries in an accident. Oh, wait...
This is America with its Justice System.
He accepted lesser charges indicating that he raped her in the first place. The school is fighting the family, so in essence the school board members agreed that is okay that the girl got raped. Families are still sending their daughters to this school, so they are agreeing with the rapist. The judges let this all happen, so they really indicate what their feelings are....stick with the rapist. The procecting attorney, who normally have the biggest mouth in this country, do not do anything because they accepted the lesser charge.
Clearly this young man's family must have good connections in that town.
Well, what is new, that happens all over America, all the time.
