This is yet another conspiracy to try and steal the rest of Mexico and the us feds are behind it allowing contraband of weapons from the us to mexico. It could have been stopped a long time ago just like "illegal immigration" but they won't because the gov wants to pimp the people on both sides of the border and keep all of you low-income fools thinking they're on your side.
