Rabih Festival (Spring Festival) in Dammam, Saudi Arabia; and Other Floral Celebrations

While some of us have been celebrating brief flirtations with temperatures up to 10C, and dreading the inevitable final snow smack down, others have been celebrating spring with the first flowers of March-April.
