Who Benefits? The Sunnis blame the Mahdi Army (Shiite) for the bomb in a Kirkut outdoor market. The Shiites blame the Sunnis for the Sadr City attack, which hit the police, and the Madhi militia.. So what happens is the police looks the other way when Sunnis get clobbered. The country enters a civil war, and when it's all over there will be no Iraq leaders, or Intelligentsia.
