	Israeli Organized Crime Sponsored This "Sex Club" Tegucigalpa, Honduras. Anything went in this 'Porn Palace'. For $500, a pedophile could get a 11 year-old Honduran child, as well as 5 grams of cocaine. It started out as a place for wealthy buyers of South America banana and fruit produce to partake in wicked pursuits.

The Owners Were Americans

Charles Kasper	Charles Kasper, who has a house on Roatan, was a partner in the club with Anthony Bucellato, and Arnold Morris, another wealthy U.S. expatriate. Kasper and Morris owned pool businesses in the Tampa Bay area. Morris is wanted by police in Tampa on charges of bankruptcy fraud.   Arnold Morris Morris avoided trial by fleeing the United States, and has since renounced his U.S. citizenship. More than 300 nude photographs of girls, ages 11 to 16, were found on the premises.

	Anthony Bucellato Bucellato previously ran another controversial night club, also called Tony Montana's, on the small island of Roatan, off the northern coast of Honduras. The club was closed last year after residents complained it was being used for prostitution.  Bucellato, 47, was convicted of molesting a 12-year-old relative.

Drugs, Videos, Sex, And Murder

Marvin Hersh	Bringing Back Kids The FBI arrested a 58-year-old Boca Raton, Fla. man, Marvin Hersh,, who was a Florida Atlantic University professor, after allegations of abuse surfaced in Honduras. He was charged under a 1996 U.S. statute outlawing foreign travel for the purpose of engaging in sex with a minor. He was found guilty. The charges against Hersh involved sexual exploitation of Honduran boys, dating back a decade. His list of crimes included taking a 15-year-old boy to the United States and pretending the boy was his son, in order to continue having sexual relations with him.

	Kids That Over-Dosed Were Thrown In Alleys And Dumpsters Normally, the kids were given Qualudes and there weren't any overdoses, but then Israeli Ecstasy made it's way onto the scene. After a few children's bodies turned up in dumpsters ( OD'ing on Ecstasy and Cocaine) - the police turned up the heat.

	Snuff Videos Were Found Honduran police followed up rumors of an operation involving snuff videos. They followed Arthur Jacobson to a warehouse, where hundreds were found. After snuff films were confiscated at the principal's house, they had to move from Belize to San Pedro.  Source

	Police Finally Act They put up with the prostitution and drugs because it was part of the culture. They closed down the Roatan club because it was a tiny tourist island based around scuba diving, and tourism was collapsing. After three girls were found in a dumpster, police arrested Arnold Morris and Anthony Bucellato. Anthony Bucellato was the nightclub manager. Charles Kasper, 62, was the club's principal investor. Carl Kanev, a 58 yr old Jewish dentist is arrested.
