Anyone ever consider that if foreign troops werent there, nobody would be interested in what happens to Afghanistan? In 2000, the Taliban destroys almost all of the poppy fields throughout the country. In 2001, the US and Britain rush in with the "9/11 Terror Attacks" front, and rebuilt the poppy industry with a vengeance. As a former soldier, I have walked through and stood guard on dope fields, always the question in my mind that if we really cared to help anyone, wouldnt we destroy the factories and fields that produce 95% of the worlds heroin?triliion of dollar have been spent in these 2 wars
while all the problems at home is only begging for millionsWhen NATO say 6 soldiers died you should multiply by 10 to get actual number of deathHow many American soldiers have died after being removed from the war zone? How many veterans are permanently disabled with brain damage and missing limbs as well as severe psychological problems? Same questions for other nations' soldiers? Also, how about a tally of Afghan civilian men, women and children killed by mistake or otherwise murdered in what is termed collateral damage? How many more are covered up? If we must have war, then let the politicians, corporate magnates, bankers and generals go do the fighting.
