Last year, 13,000 americans were murdered. But not by terrorists. More americans were killed by gunshot wounds inflicted by other americans, than all the soldiers killed in ten years of war.

This war is about politics and profit, about posturing and egos. How many of our senators and congressmen and women have served? How many of their children are fighting?

IF you want to fight, you are free to do so. Only don't tell me you're fighting for my freedom, because it's a lie. Our military should be used to defend america, not to generate profits for the defense industry.What happened in New York and Washington was terrible. But it was a one time thing. Since 9/11, more americans have died in car crashes, or been murdered by other americans, than all the victims of terrorism put together. What are we really doing in Afghanistan and Iraq? IF the danger is so real they have to suspend our liberties, why aren't americans being drafted to fight? Why have we not been asked to sacrifice a single thing? These wars, going on ten years, are a LIE.
