Cuba? and lets not forget Israel it's only costing the US Taxpayers $3,000,000,000 a year to finance Israel's illegal occupation, Apartheid walls and settlement building in Palestine and about 10 billion a year to prop up dictators in Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Jordan, Lebanon, Haiti, and people wonder why the US is broke.
