In 2001, the US and Britain rush in with the "9/11 Terror Attacks" front, and rebuilt the poppy industry with a vengeance. As a former soldier, I have walked through and stood guard on dope fields, always the question in my mind that if we really cared to help anyone, wouldnt we destroy the factories and fields that produce 95% of the worlds heroin?
