I completely agree with you that the current Arab regimes lack integrity and are not interested in justice and freedom (or at least the western meaning of these terms), but read more to see where you make mistakes:
first, what makes them different from western regimes? aren't they doing the same thing? do you think you have freedom and justice in the west? go say that to the families of war victims! you are living in an illusion of freedom, but what you call western democracy, is to me a dictatorship of the media. the same media that tells you what you are supposed to believe, and that easily corrupts the flow of real information, thus can be understood for example why no common American even knows where Iran is, forget about their not being Arabs (and even being anti-Arabs) or the reason why western public opinion was so pro-war before all the lies about WMDs were revealed and the lack of ability and willingness of the west to eradicate AalQa'eda became apparent. you should know that this group has its bases mainly in Pakistan and Saudi Arabia, close friends of the Americans! and that Iran was the only country in the world never to recognize the Taliban government in Afghanistan, while the western countries and Saudi Arabia and Pakistan were the first to accept them!
second, you forget about your own history, even if you think that now you have justice and freedom in the west, don't tell me that it was the same until 100-200 years from now, you had for hundreds of years a period of inquisition under Vatican that we have never experienced in our culture! you are responsible for genocides in America (Indians), slavery, colonialism etc. while we Iranians, 2500 years ago, presented to the world the first declaration of human rights (kept in British Museum and issued by Cyrus the Great, established the first university (Jondi Shapour) around 2000 years ago, and experienced freedom of religions at the same times. We have lost most of that glory because of our laziness and ignorance since but also because of many ill-intentioned problems imposed on us, you may want to read more about the American and British designed and executed Coup D'etat of 1950 in Iran that derailed the fight for democracy in Iran, you may also want to read the history of many other countries, most islamic countries included and see how the French, the British, the Americans, the Belgians, Spanish, Dutch and Portugese have negatively influenced the political procedures in their colonies or in weaker countries, by supporting corrupt dictators, draining nations' wealths and therefore obstructing the activities that would lead to stronger civil societies, higher literacy rates, better cultural and educational infrastructures and in te end to justice and freedom in these countries.
In the end i let you know my friend that i feel no hatred towards anyone, but can not help having an independent opinion and to have a realistic view of our situation in the world today and the history that brought it up. May you one day find the courage and time to come to Iran and see for yourself that there is nothing that can be called an "inherently abusive culture" here and instead all you will see (as seen by many foreigners who visited Iran that I know personally) is hospitality, love and an admirable willingness to find justice and freedom.
