Well, that's what you get when the state hires (lousy) private mercenaries.
And I think that, in order to cede the right to sue in court, plaintiffs or their agents have to apply for coverage from that insurance program first. So Blackwater, or the military, must have a signed document somewhere. If they don't, well, they're just blowing smoke like they've been doing ever since they got this job.Greedy corporations, and corrupt, incompetant government officials win again at the expense of the people. Ridiculous that government agencies like the State Department in particular would use cowboy companies like this. What kind of payoffs might well have been going on under the table? Hmmm. There is only a legal system for the rich. Equal rights - what a joke.It just shows that in America justice only goes to those with money. The rich blackwater firm was negligent but they have billions of tax payers money from a no bid contract awarded by Cheney and Bush, and they get away with murder. The innocent victims can never hold out financially against the thieves of corporations and ever make them pay.
If there was justice and no corruption the federal government would have gotten involved seven years ago and gone after the company that Cheney and Bush gave license to kill at the expense American citizens money and lives
