Money in the bank makes us feel safe!For anyone that have never been to Basra Iraq and other Middle East areas, you best remember that it is riddled with corruption. I spent 5 months in Basra area, wearing a flak jacket and having 9 full time bod guards to get around, it is still the same there now. Billions were earmarked for Basra to improve their electrical problems, after all of that money that was suppose to go to this problem, nothing was ever done, plus 50c outside temps and no air conditioning would make anyone protest. Life in Iraq has not improved at all, the corruption is still very bad.
