Its the same situation as the Audi 5000, but it almost killed the company. Americans love to sue, and the lawyers love it too. Its called Tort reform, and we need it now.The reports of NHTSA in August, 2010 found nothing wrong with unintended acceleration and blamed on driver error. I think the greedy lawyer want to making $$$ off toyota by claiming economic loss from owners who say the value of their cars and trucks plummeted after the recalls. What a joke, I own Camry 2007 with 53,000 miles and nothing wrong with it. I guess this stupid greed laywer using my good name to sue toyota,, I should bring lawsuit the group of this lawyers, because they using my good name to sue toyota without my knowledge.
