After the HAARP test runs in New Zealand and Japan, I don't think we'll have much trouble with China; they are beginning to get the picture.China has been "cracking down" on the theft of copyrighted material and patents the entire decade I've lived here, and guess what, nothing has changed. Whatever Beijing says regarding this is just lip service. It's like the "crackdowns" on prostitution -- they do them every now and then to make people think that somthing is really happening, when in reality many (perhaps most) prostitution establishments are run by people associated with the government or in the government. At the very least, they take a cut... PRC = deceit.As Thomas jefferson said: Trade with all, make alliances with none" Just like china is doing..China said that because they do big business in almost all of oil producing arab country. Whether enemy or not of the US, they will remain friends with each other. Arab oil is the biggest concern for china right now....and they cannot afford an interruption of oil flow.
