This P-act which is essentually the suspension of the 4th amendment ,,, "The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized".

Now here is my question;Tea-pubs, what part of "unreasonable search and seizures" don't you understand? Wake up sheep! or bye bye gunsLets see, it didn't prevent the shoe bomber, underwear bomber, times square bomber, or Fort Hood shooter so instead of preventing terrorism it must just fund red state projects.Tim, Like I said to Paul this is not a left or right issue, many dems voted for this lousy legislation as bothe sides are CORRUPT!
