For starters.... in 1998, PNAC wrote a letter to Clinton urging him to invade Iraq with a quote 'What we need is a catastrophic event like a modern day Pearl Harbor to galvanize the American public into supporting an invasion of Iraq" signed by Dick Cheney, Rumsfeld, Wolfowicz, Kristol and quite a few other Neocons.
