Replyit is the Saudi's way to protect their womenfolk. Women are not out of the house without the company of either her brother/father/blood-relative or husband.

Rapes are unheard of, so is robberies, the bank can carry millions of cash out without havign to be escorted by security personnel. Noone wants to risk having their hands amputated.

Mixing of males/females are unheard of, so there is no social ills like that is rampant in the West. No discos, social clubs with free mixing of males/females.
