The Saudi's have been hurt by one thing, most of all. When a society does not have to work, because they as a whole are so prosperous as a result of oil etc., when they get essentially free electricity and free health care, and minimal cost education, and they import other nationalities to run their post offices and civil service, then their people don't know how to work and care for themselves. This often dooms a nation or a culture. They become a nation of "poor little rich kids"Wake Up America!
