We have our own "royals" that take whatever they want. They, in the name of government, take homes and property and then, again in the name of government, take tax revenues to build themselves a lavish business on that property and the American peonage happily goes along with it.
Yes... it was George Bush and Ranger stadium in Arlington Texas... but there are many more examples...
Taxpayer subsidies to oil companies....
"bailouts" for already too-wealthy bankers...
Tax cuts and shelters for the ultra-wealthy and connected...
Multi-billion dollar defense contracts that produce zero security...
The list goes on and on and it is you and I who are the peonage.
