He claims "the Saudi Constitution must be rewritten" ... Well, the Saudi Constitution is the Quran ... Saudi Arabia is an Islamic State with an absolute Islamic Monarchy ... the Constitution is the Quran and Legal System is administered by Islamic Jurists ... A Muslim could ask for nothing more ...
It would be blasephous for a Musslim form Morrocco to imply that secular men of today could "rewrite" the Quran ....
