Actually US is the one that said they would build the power lines for Venezuela in exchange for oil and if they took a loan from World Bank(that in stats look good in reality is no way the would pay off) so these shitty lines are to blame on US sneaky ways of ripping countries off AND OH BY THE way is why every country around the world hates US!!
